DIY edition...JOE's 1st birthday party

So we are about 2-months away from JOE's 1st birthday and I am starting to get a lot of the items done.

Hubby has his "honey do" list and is working on that but I am doing a lot of DIY items. I am about 70% done with these. I will tackle the food signs and filling up the gift bags next.

So here are some items so far.

This is the customized banner I made for her. Cutting the letters took the most amount of time.

I decided to make a birthday skirt for her yesterday in hopes that I can make her something to wear for her smash cake session later on in October. I really like how the skirt turned out.

She's a happy camper by the look of things :-).

Here are the DIY baggies.

It reads "The party is over, I'm officially ONE! Thanks for coming, I hope you had fun!"

These will contain animal crackers. It reads "I really am glad you could make it!"

The invites follows the same theme.

This is the picture prop for parents and kids. It isn't completed yet but the guy who is doing it had a picture on his phone and hubby took a picture of it.
We plan on taking pics and then including them in the thank you note. An idea I got from a recent baby shower I attended.
