I love taking pics of JOE and her dad together. Watching them playing or cuddled together really makes my heart swell with love.
I never understood when my mom used to tell us "you are my joy" or when my dad said to me once "having you is like watching my heart walk outside my body." Now I understand.

ReplyDeleteOne thing that saddened me even after the verdict was that solutions for avoiding this event again, as well as, education on the law weren't highly publicized via the media. It's posts and responses like that that bring me peace because that's the most important thing to do - is to educate ourselves in hopes that we'll prevent this from happening again.
