2 cups dark chocolate morsels
1 cup white chocolate morsels
2 cups cocoa powder (I had to sift it because it had lumps)
1 cup white flour (I had to sift it because it had lumps)
3 eggs
1 stick butter
2 cups packed brown sugar
1\2 teaspoon ground cardamom (this was the secret ingredient)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
In a bowl, add the sifted cocoa powder, flour, sugar and eggs.
Mix it all together as much as you can. The other team had the mixer so I used a spatula to do the mixing.
In a double boiler, melt the butter and add the dark chocolate morsels. Continue to stir until all is melted and has a glossy look.
Add the butter/chocolate mix to the flour, eggs and sugar mix.
Mix everything together and then add the cardamom and white chocolate morsels. Fold it all in.
Put the mix in a buttered baking pan and put in oven for 35 - 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Ours took 40-minutes.
And here's the end results. It was a hit!
If you make this, do let me know how it turns out.
